OR-Library
Beasley's collection of standard operational-research test instances.
Also called: OR-Library · ORLib
Last verified: 2026-05-27
The pioneering repository, started by Beasley (1990), that distributes standard operational-research test instances electronically. Beyond knapsack, bin packing, and cutting stock it hosts data for a wide range of problems — set covering, assignment, facility location, and more. It links as a benchmark of the 0/1 Knapsack Problem, but is more general and older than the C&P-specific libraries (BPPLIB, 2DPackLib), so it is kept at evidence grade B (community resource).
